Harborview Marina, Gig Harbor, Washington

Marine Floats created a turnkey, 50-slip covered marina for the Harborview Condominium Association in Gig Harbor, Washington. Marine Floats managed all aspects of the planning, design and delivery of the project which included specialized permitting expertise.

Delin Dock, Foss Waterway, Tacoma

Marine Floats built a 137-slip marina for the Foss Waterway Development Authority, to replace the facility known as City Marina. The project played a key role in the Super Fund cleanup and redevelopment of Foss Waterway. The marina is now known as Delin Dock.

Hood Canal Marina (Formerly Union Marina), Union, Washington

With a picturesque backdrop of the Olympic Mountains, Union Marina, at the south end of Hood Canal, provides state of the art fuel-dispensing and 30 protected moorage slips for long and short-term use.

BoatWorld Marina, Lake Union, Washington

Marine Floats created an instant marina for BoatWorld Marina in Lake Union, Washington. The new marina was towed and installed in three days. This quick installation minimized disruption to the marina tenants and operations compared to the time associated with new marina construction.

Alderbrook Resort, Union, Washington

The five-star Alderbrook Resort was in need of replacing over 1,100 lineal feet of dock with minimal down time and disruption to guests.

16th Street Esplanade, Tacoma, Washington

The Foss Waterway Development Association wanted a float and ramp to accommodate guest cruises and boaters that wanted to visit the newly redeveloped waterfront area in Tacoma, Washington.

Pleasant Harbor Marina, Brinnon, Washington

The marina, fuel dock and fuel building at the picturesque Pleasant Harbor needed upgrading with minimal disruption to current tenants and fuel operations.
